Active Employees married to a City of Detroit Retiree are now eligible to enroll their spouse for health care coverage effective January 1, 2017

Please visit the online system to enroll your retired spouse. Eligibility Documentation is required.
You may also call toll-free (855) 224 6200 to complete your enrollment over the phone
with a representative. Note that call volumes are heavy during the open enrollment period
and you may be asked to leave a voicemail message. ALL VOICEMAIL MESSAGES WILL BE

If you leave a message prior to 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the open enrollment period, you will receive a call back and your enrollment will be processed. Please be sure to enter your direct call-back number when prompted.
